WHAT YOU'LL DO: The Electrical Project Engineer is responsible for executing and coordinating the design of electrical power systems in power generation design build projects, working with subcontractors and vendors and managing a small group of Electrical Engineers.
BACKGROUND: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) and PE License Minimum of ten to fifteen (10-15) years of electrical engineering and/or EPC steam & power experience. Previous engineering design firm experience with a history of developing construction documents, drawings and specifications for steam and power projects. Ability to lead the electrical design team as a project engineer and coordinate subcontract packages for electrical contractors. Previous design experience, including purchasing, of switchgear, MCC's, transformers, motors, lighting panels, lighting, PLC's, VFD's, cable tray and conduit. Moderate user proficiency with AutoCad.
